Леонид Тихонович Пальгуев.(1937-2006) Беларусь. Родился 16 марта 1937 года.  Умер 12 марта 2006 года в Орше. Художник-оформитель, жил в г. Орша Витебской области. Составлял в основном этюды. Опубликовал 50 произведений, получил около 30 отличий. Победитель одного из личных первенств Беларуси по составлению в  разделе этюдов. С успехом выступал за Витебскую область в командных первенствах Беларуси, в товарищеских матчах за сборную, где его этюды были в числе лучших.

 

 

 

 

 

Leonid Palguev.(1937-2006) Belarus. Born on March 16, 1937, an artist-designer, lives in the city of Orsha in the Vitebsk region. Is mainly sketches. He published 50 works, received about 30 differences. The winner of one of the personal championships of Belarus on drawing up in the section of sketches. He successfully competed for the Vitebsk region in the team championships of Belarus, in friendly matches for the national team, where his sketches were among the best.
