Сочнев Алексей Алексеевич
Россия, С - Петербург. Родился 9 декабря 1961г. в Ленинграде. В 1983 закончил Ленинградский Университет, факультет мат-мех и с этого времени по настоящий момент работает программистом. Сейчас является начальником отдела разработки информационных систем в одной частной компании. С 6-го по 10-й класс занимался шахматами во дворце пионеров под руководством известного детского тренера В.Зака. Первый этюд опубликован в 1976г. в 14 лет.Всего составлено свыше 260 этюдов, отличий – около 200, из них призов – более 100, из них первых – около 40. Алексей стал вице-чемпионом мира по этюдам за 2004-2006 годы, постоянный участник чемпионатов Санкт-Петербурга, в которых семь раз становился чемпионом города.
Международный гроссмейстер по композиции. Неоднократный чемпион Ленинграда (Санкт-Петербурга). В 1993-2002гг. был перерыв в творчестве (за 10 лет составлено 5 этюдов).
