Степан Павлович Цырулик (1927 – 1997) Беларусь.    По профессии был агрономом, жил в Дятловском Районе Гродненской области. За годы творчества опубликовал более 800 задач всех жанров. из которых 250 отмечены на конкурсах, в том числе 97 получили призы, из них 50 первые. Неоднократный призёр личных и командных первенств Беларуси по шахматной композиции. Дважды выигрывал всесоюзные первенства в составе сборной БССР и пять раз становился призёром этих соревнований. Победитель всесоюзного турнира кандидатов в мастера спорта в 1984 году в разделе многоходовых задач. Мастер спорта СССР по шахматной композиции.
