During evaluation and preparation of award I considered not only an originality of concepts, but also an economic of realization of famous ideas. I preferred model mates, also ideal mates were marked.

A significant part of the problems were excluded in view of different reasons:
1) excess pieces which are need only for a stalemate:
- No 16 (Kh1-Kd3). Excess bPb3 and bPg3. Also wKh1 can be shifted on another square;
- No 17 (Kb1-Kd5). Excess bPb5;
- No 18 (Ke1-Kd6). Excess bPe2. Also wKe1 can be shifted on another square;
- No 19 (Kf8-Ke4). Excess bPg7 and bBh6;
- No 21 (Ke1-Kc5). Excess bPc2;
- No 24 (Kb1-Kg5). Excess bPg2, bPg3;
- No 25 (Kh8-Ka4). Excess bPс6;
- No 32 (Kh4-Kd5). Excess bPg6;
- No 33 (Kd4-Kd6). Excess bPc4 and bBd2;
- No 34 (Kh3-Kc5). Excess bPg5;
- No 39 (Kf4-Kh4). Excess wPg5;
- No 48 (Kh1-Kh8). Excess wPh2;
- No 50 (Kh1-Ka7). Excess bPf3;
- No 51 (Ke1-Kc2). Excess bPg2;
- No 56 (Kc4-Ke4). Excess wPd5;
- No 63 (Ka4-Kd6). Excess bBb4;
- No 83 (Kf3-Kd4). Excess bRb2;
- No 88 (Ke1-Ke3). Excess wPb6, wPd3, wPh6, bPb7;
- No 95 (Kh2-Kd8). Excess bPf2;
- No 98 (Ka1-Kh8). Excess bPа3;
- No 99 (Kh1-Kb8). Excess bPh2, bPh3;
- No 102 (Kd4-Ke8). Excess wPd2;
2) excess White piece in mating position:
- No 31 (Kd1-Ka2), bB;
- No 111 (Ka3-Kc5), wS;
3) non-economic problems where it is possible to substitute any piece to weaker piece – and herewith the stalemate will disappear:
- No 5 (Kd1-Kc3), bSa2->bPa2;
- No 6 (Kb1-Ka4), bQc3->bBc3;
- No 9 (Ka6-Kf3), bRа1->b8 (–bQb8);
- No 67 (Kc3-Ke7), bQb5->bBb5;
- No 69 (Kh1-Kh3), bRg6->bPg6;
- No 72 (Kh1-Kd8), bQe3->bRe3;
- No 94 (Kh1-Kc7), bBb6->bPb6;
- No 104 (Kh8-Kd4), bBe5->bPe5;
4) presence of partial anticipations with more effective using of the same material:
- No 4 (Kh6-Kf8) – pdb/P1330375;
- No 7 (Kd1-Kc4) – pdb/P0576014;
- No 36 (Kc1-Kd3) – pdb/P1233002;
- No 71 (Kh1-Kg3) – pdb/P1244885;
- No 91 (Kh6-Kh8) – pdb/P0530794;
5) repetition of one or several moves:
- No 8 (Kd1-Kc4);
- No 40 (Kh8-Kf6);
- No 45 (Kb1-Kb3);
- No 49 (Kh1-Kd4);
6) play of shifted piece in a solution of a twin:
- No 68 (Kh1-Kd1);
- No 100 (Kh8-Kc3);
7) artificial extension of solution by adding a material compared to partial anticipation:
- No 13 (Ka3-Kh6) – pdb/P0530849;
8) dual on mating move with promotion:
- No 52 (Kd6-Ka7);
- No 60 (Kf6-Kh6);
9) absence of stalemate:
- No 86 (Kh1-Kh7), the twin b).

I express my gratitude:
- to TT Director Aleksey Oganesjan – for timely sending of anonymous problems;
- to all participants of the tourney – for activity and good problems;
- special thanks to Andrey Frolkin – for searching anticipations for sent problems.
